It is with sadness that the family announces the passing of Brian Bompas at the age of 64.
He will be lovingly remembered by his daughter Chrystal Gillett (Clint), grandsons Theo and Nick (Stephanie), granddaughter Trishten (Rob), great-grandchildren Noah and Addison, brother Stephen (Mary), nieces Carrie Ann and Tina as well as many extended family members and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, a brother, and a sister. Brian was an outstanding employee throughout his work life, concluding with the City of Edmonton. He will be remembered for his dry sense of humor and willingness to help people. We appreciate the care that was provided by the staff at the Royal Alexandra Hospital.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 17, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Westlawn Funeral Home, 16310 Stony Plain Road, Edmonton. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Youth Emergency Shelter Society.
