GIESE, Harold Raymond -
Passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 6, 2014 at the Glenrose Hospital at the age of 77. Beloved husband of the late Joan Giese (2010). Loving father of Brenda Fulton, Wendy Ewart (Dennis) and Warren Giese (Terry). Cherished Papa of Kelly, Dale, Derek, Dayna, Kristen, Alexandra and Michael as well as his great-grand daughters Emersyn, Reegan and Edynn. Harold will be greatly missed by his brothers, sister and their families as well as his dear friend Charlotte Kimoto. A special thank you to the Mazankowski Alberta Heart Institute and Dr. E. Morri-Torres and staff of Unit 3D at the Glenrose Hospital.
Over his years in the pipeline industry, Harold made many good friends during his career. After his retirement Harold continued these special friendships. His winter months were spent with family and friends enjoying retirement and working on his love of golf.
A Celebration of Harold's Life will be held on Friday, March 14, 2014 at 1 p.m. at the Hosanna Lutheran Church, 9009 163 St. NW., Edmonton, AB. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital, 11132 102 St. NW, Edmonton, AB, T5G 2M3.
